Analysis of Criminal Intelligence from a Criminological Perspective: The Future of the Fight against Organized Crime

Abstract
The most harmful tipologies of organized crime demonstrations, represent a direct threat to democracy and the rule of law; undermine the development of state and society, in terms of exercise of rights and public freedoms. Faced with this reality, security agencies of states and supranational organisations, have deployed many tools of various kinds for containment and eradication for this phenomena. Of all these, the criminal intelligence stands out for its potential, not yet conveniently exploded. Discipline that has found a natural ally in criminology studies to deepen the understanding of phenomenology and etiology of organized crime, such as shared object of analysis.
